Biletim - Online Ticketing for Intercity Buses
Biletim is an Android app that allows travelers to purchase intercity bus tickets online. The app is developed by SINAM MMC and is available for free. With Biletim, passengers can buy their tickets from the Biletim.az website or from the mobile app for iOS and Android. The app offers a convenient way to purchase tickets without the need to physically visit a ticket office.
Tickets can be purchased up to 10 days in advance, and ticket sales at bus stations stop 5 minutes before the bus departs. However, there are certain situations where passengers cannot purchase tickets, such as when there are no more seats available on the bus, if the passenger has not been vaccinated against COVID-19 or if their vaccination certificate has expired, if the passenger is intoxicated, if the passenger is a child without a valid ID or without a guardian, or if the passenger is a driver. The app is also available for drivers and passengers can use it to check the status of their bus. Before each trip, drivers undergo a medical examination, and the buses undergo a technical inspection.
